Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of https://slabbr.co and any services provided by Slabbr Concrete Coatings(“Slabbr”). By using this site or accepting an estimate from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

• Prices shown on this website, including the instant estimate tool, are estimates based on the information you provide. They are not a binding offer.
• A binding price is established only in a written quote issued after we measure the slab in person and assess its condition.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Once you accept a written quote, that price is what you pay. We do not add charges on install day for conditions we should have identified at the estimate.
• Additional charges apply only for work you request after the quote is accepted, or for concealed conditions that could not reasonably have been discovered at the estimate, such as subsurface moisture or contamination revealed during grinding. We will stop and get your written approval before performing any additional work.

• You are responsible for fully clearing the work area before our crew arrives, including vehicles, storage, shelving and anything mounted to the floor.
• You must provide access to the work area, to a standard electrical outlet, and to water where the scope requires it.
• Coating work is temperature and humidity sensitive. We may reschedule for weather conditions that would compromise the installation, at no cost to you.
• If our crew arrives and the area is not cleared or accessible, we may reschedule and charge a trip fee stated in your quote.

• Payment is due on completion, after we have walked the finished floor with you, unless your written quote states otherwise.
• We accept card, ACH and check. Card payments may carry a processing fee if disclosed in your quote.
• You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled install date. Inside 72 hours, a fee covering scheduled crew time and materials already pulled may apply, as stated in your quote.
• Past due balances accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Texas law.

We warrant our installations as follows:

• Interior floors: Lifetime residential warranty on interior floors, transferable once with the home.
• Exterior surfaces: 10 year warranty on patios, pool decks and driveways.
• Commercial and industrial: 2 year warranty on commercial and industrial installations.

The warranty covers delamination, peeling and flaking of the coating system we installed. It is limited to re-coating or repairing the affected area at our cost, which is your exclusive remedy.

The warranty does not cover:

• Cracking, heaving, settling or separation caused by movement of the concrete slab or the soil beneath it
• Damage from impact, gouging, dragging, dropped objects or equipment
• Damage from chemicals, solvents, de-icing salts, battery acid or improper cleaning products
• Damage from moisture intrusion originating outside the slab, including plumbing failure, flooding or grading and drainage problems
• Normal wear, gloss reduction, or color variation in decorative flake, metallic or stained finishes, which are inherently variable by design
• Work performed on the floor by anyone other than Slabbr after installation

The warranty is void if the balance for the work remains unpaid. It requires no registration and attaches to the job.

• Do not walk on the floor for 24 hours or drive on it for 72 hours after installation.
• Do not place mats, cardboard or rubber-backed coverings on a new coating for 30 days, as they can trap curing solvents and mark the finish.
• Clean spills promptly and use pH-neutral cleaners.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Slabbr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, or property damage beyond the work we performed. Our total liability arising out of any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Content on this site, including text, photographs, pricing tables and the Slabbr name and marks, is our property and may not be reproduced without permission. Photographs of completed work depict our own installations. Pricing, specifications and availability may change without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to resolve the issue. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County or Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you accept a written quote governs that project. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
