How to choose
Three groups, and how to tell which one you are in
Residential garage floors
Flake, metallic, quartz and solid color, all built as 100 percent polyaspartic from the base coat up. Flake is what most North Texas garages get: it hides tyre dust, grips underfoot and comes off the shelf in ten stocked blends. Metallic is poured and worked by hand, so it costs more and reads as a finished room rather than a garage. Quartz is the grippiest of the four and the one we put in wet areas.
Outdoor concrete
Patios, pool decks and driveways behave differently from a garage: full sun all day, freeze cycles a few nights a year, and bare feet in July. That rules out anything that ambers or holds heat, and it is why exterior work carries a 10 year warranty rather than the lifetime term on interior floors. Pressure washing is quoted per square foot off measured area, not per job.
Commercial and industrial
Warehouses, auto shops, commercial kitchens and hangars are bid after a free site walk instead of priced off a calculator, because slab condition and downtime drive the number more than square footage does. Forklift traffic, hot tyres, dropped tools and wash-down chemicals each change the build. Commercial work carries a 2 year warranty, which reflects the traffic rather than a lower standard of install.
