The Slabbr garage floor coating warranty covers interior residential floors for as long as you own the home, exterior surfaces for 10 years and commercial installations for 2 years. Coverage is against delamination, peeling and flaking of the system we installed, and the remedy is re-coating the affected area at our cost. No registration is required.

Before we touch your floor
Three things we put in writing
Lifetime warranty on every interior floor
If a floor we installed inside your home ever peels, chips or flakes while you own it, we come back and re-coat the affected area. No trip fee, no argument, no warranty card to dig out of a drawer. The coverage attaches to the job itself, so there is nothing to register.
Lifetime on interior residential. 10 years on patios, pool decks and driveways. 2 years on commercial and industrial.
Diamond ground, every floor, no exceptions
Every slab we coat is mechanically profiled with diamond tooling under HEPA dust extraction. We do not acid etch, and we will not, on any job at any price. Acid is faster and cheaper and it is the shortcut behind most of the failed floors we get called out to replace.
Crack and joint repair is part of the same step, chased out and filled with a rigid repair polymer before any product goes down.
The quote is the price
The number on your written quote is the number on your invoice. Crack and joint repair is already in it. We measure and test the slab before we quote precisely so that nothing gets discovered on install day that changes what you owe.
A 50% deposit books the install. The balance is never due until the floor is finished and you have walked it with us.

Patios, pool decks, driveways

Exterior surfaces take UV, freeze-thaw and standing water, so they carry a defined term rather than a lifetime one.
Commercial and industrial
2 years
Forklifts, chemical exposure and washdown cycles are a different duty class. Extended terms are available on specified systems.
No registration required. The warranty attaches to the job, not to a form you have to remember to send back. If you call us with a problem, we look up the address.
Covered
What we come back and fix
- Delamination of the coating system from the slab
- Peeling, flaking or lifting of any layer we installed
- Bond failure at the primer, base coat or topcoat
- Hot tire pickup on a system rated to resist it
- Blistering caused by a moisture barrier we installed failing to perform
The remedy is repair or re-coating of the affected area at our cost. That is your exclusive remedy under the warranty.
Not covered
What it does not cover
- Cracking, heaving or separation caused by movement of the slab or the soil beneath it
- Impact damage, gouging, dragging or dropped tools and equipment
- Chemical damage from solvents, de-icing salt, battery acid or harsh cleaners
- Moisture intrusion originating outside the slab: plumbing failure, flooding, or grading and drainage problems
- Normal gloss reduction and color variation, which is inherent to flake, metallic and stained finishes
- Any work performed on the floor by someone other than Slabbr after installation
- Damage from covering a new coating with mats or rubber-backed materials inside the first 30 days
The warranty is also void while the balance for the work is unpaid.
Why slab movement is excluded
North Texas sits on expansive clay. It swells when it is wet and shrinks when it is dry, and the slab on top of it moves with it. No coating on the market resists that, ours included, and any company telling you otherwise is writing a warranty it has no intention of honoring.
A dormant crack, chased out and filled properly before coating, stays gone. A crack that is still moving will telegraph through. We tell you which one you have at the estimate, in writing, before you decide.
How to make a claim

- 2. Send photos of the affected area. Most claims are diagnosed from photos alone.
- 3. We inspect in person if the photos are not conclusive, at no charge.
- 4. Covered work is scheduled and re-coated at our cost.

Straight answers
Questions about the warranty
What does the Slabbr warranty cover?
Delamination, peeling and flaking of the system we installed. If a floor we installed inside your home does any of those, we come back and re-coat the affected area at our cost. No trip fee and no argument.
How long does the warranty last?
Interior residential floors are covered for as long as you own the home. Exterior surfaces carry 10 years. Commercial installations carry 2 years. Those are the three terms and there is no fourth.
Do I have to register the warranty?
No. It attaches to the job, not to a form you have to remember to fill in. There is no registration window to miss and no card to keep.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell the house?
The interior residential term is written for as long as you own the home, so it runs with your ownership rather than with the property.
What is not covered?
Damage you cause. Gouges from dragging a jack stand, chemical spills left to sit, impact from something dropped, and slab movement that opens a new structural crack are not coating failures and we do not pretend they are.
What if a new crack appears in the slab?
A dormant crack we repaired stays repaired. A crack that opens because the slab itself is moving is a foundation event, not a coating defect. We will tell you which one you have and repair the coating over it at a fair price.
Does the warranty cover colour change?
Polyaspartic is UV stable, which is the whole reason we use it instead of epoxy. If a floor we installed ambers or fades from sunlight within the term, that is on us.
What about hot tire pickup?
Covered. Hot tire pickup is coating lifting in patches shaped like tread, and it happens to straight epoxy. A correctly installed polyaspartic system resists it, and if ours lifts we re-coat it.
How do I make a claim?
Call the shop that ran your job. The number is on the city page for your address and matches that location's Google Business Profile. We look at the floor before quoting anything, the same as the first time.
Is the warranty different by build?
No. One, Prime and Ironclad carry the same interior residential term. The builds differ in what goes on the slab, not in what we stand behind.
Do you warranty work over an existing coating?
Only after we have ground the old system off. We will not warranty a coating laid over someone else's failure, because we cannot control what is under it.
Is commercial covered the same way?
Commercial carries 2 years against delamination, peeling and flaking. The shorter term reflects the traffic, the chemicals and the loads a working floor sees, not a lower standard of install.
