Why is my epoxy garage floor turning yellow?
Epoxy is not UV stable. Sunlight through an open garage door or a window breaks down the resin and it ambers, usually starting within the first year near the door. There is no way to reverse it. The fix is grinding the epoxy off and recoating with a UV-stable polyaspartic system.
