Solid color is the cleanest look we install and the least forgiving, at $6 per square foot. The system is a pigmented polyaspartic body coat over a diamond ground slab, sealed under a UV stable polyaspartic topcoat, so the color you pick is the color that stays. The epoxy version of this floor ambers in sunlight, which is one of the reasons we do not install epoxy at all.

There is no flake or quartz in this build, and that is both the point and the risk. Flake hides a slab's history; a single color shows it. Every ripple, patch, and old repair line telegraphs through a uniform film. So the prep carries the job. HEPA extracted diamond grinding and rigid polymer crack repair are included in the price, and we flatten what the slab allows before any color goes down.

Install runs 1 day for most 2 and 3 car garages and similar sized rooms: grind with HEPA extraction, repair cracks, roll the pigmented body coat, then the polyaspartic topcoat. Walk on it in 24 hours, bring contents back the next day, and park at 72 hours. At $6 per square foot, a 440 square foot 2-car garage runs $2,650, and nothing is due until the floor is installed.

A uniform floor shows dust the way a dark car does. That is a cleaning habit, not a flaw. Dust mop often, wet mop with a neutral cleaner, and wipe up oil before you drive through it.
