Everything Slabbr installs outdoors is polyaspartic, at $8 to $10 per square foot, because polyaspartic is UV stable and epoxy is not. Straight epoxy ambers in sunlight, which makes it the wrong product for a patio from day one. We do not install epoxy anywhere, inside or out. The build is a diamond ground slab with HEPA dust extraction, rigid polymer crack repair, a flexible base coat, a slip resistant broadcast, and a UV stable polyaspartic top.

The broadcast layer does the safety work. Flake or texture media goes into the wet coat to refusal, so a soaked pool deck keeps its grip under bare feet. The flexible layers matter more outdoors, where North Texas expansive clay moves an exposed slab harder than it moves an air conditioned garage. Rigid polymer in the cracks plus flexible coats over the top is how the system rides that movement instead of cracking with it.

The clock matches our garage floors: walk on the deck in 24 hours, then bring furniture, planters, and the grill back the next day. Give the surface 72 hours before rolling anything heavy across it. We schedule exterior work around the weather, because rain on an uncured coat means starting over, and we would rather move your install date than gamble your deck on a forecast.

An outdoor floor lives in dirt, sunscreen, chlorine, and leaves, and the textured polyaspartic surface handles all of it. Hose it off, run a push broom with neutral cleaner when it needs more, and rinse pool chemicals off rather than letting them sit.
