Sulphur housing is a resort town built around mineral springs after 1895, largely re-platted into West and East Sulphur when the federal reservation took the original townsite in 1902, so the stock is mostly small mid-century houses with a slice rebuilt brand new since April 2024, which sets what the prep day looks like.
